Brocade Communications (NASDAQ: BRCD) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.055 per share, or $0.22 annualized. This is a 22.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.045.

The dividend will be payable on July 5, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2016.
