HAMILTON, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Assured Guaranty Ltd. (NYSE: AGO) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on June 1, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 18, 2016.
