Extra Space Storage (NYSE: EXR) reported Q1 FFO of $0.86, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $229.4 million versus the consensus estimate of $203.47 million.

GUIDANCE:

Extra Space Storage sees FY2016 FFO of $3.71-$3.78, versus the consensus of $3.73.
