Stifel downgraded Knight Transportation (NYSE: KNX) from Buy to Hold and removed its price target (prior $27). The change follows Q1 results, with EPS $0.01 below consensus.
"We are trimming our EPS estimates from $1.30 and $1.45 to $1.24 and $1.40 for 2016 and 2017, respectively," said analyst John G. Larkin." Our 12-month fair value estimate decreases to $26, or 18.5x our just revised 2017 EPS estimate of $1.40."
