LSI Industries (LYTS) Declares $0.05 Quarterly Dividend; Adds New Board Member

LSI Industries (NASDAQ: LYTS) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2016, to stockholders of record on May 2, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of April 28, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.5 percent.

LSI also announced the appointment of John K. Morgan, former Chairman, CEO and President of Zep Inc., to the Board of Directors.
