Golar LNG (NASDAQ: GLNG) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized. This is an 88.9% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.45.

The dividend will be payable on March 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 16, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 14, 2016.
