Devon Energy (NYSE: DVN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.06 per share, or $0.24 annualized. This is a 75% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.24.

The dividend will be payable on June 30, 2016, to stockholders of record on June 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of June 13, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.1 percent.
