Realty Income (NYSE: O) reported Q4 AFFO of $0.68, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.69. Revenue for the quarter came in at $263.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $265.32 million.

GUIDANCE:

Realty Income sees FY2016 AFFO of $2.85-$2.90, versus the consensus of $2.86.
