Owens Corning (OC) Raises Quarterly Dividend 5.9% to $0.18; 1.7% Yield

Owens Corning (NYSE: OC) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.18 per share, or $0.72 annualized. This is a 5.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.17.

The dividend will be payable on April 4, 2016, to stockholders of record on March 11, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of March 9, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
