Compass Minerals (NYSE: CMP) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.695 per share, or $2.78 annualized. This is a 5.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.66.

The dividend will be payable on March 15, 2016, to stockholders of record on February 29, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of February 25, 2016.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.9 percent.
