GUIDANCE:

Premier, Inc. sees FY2016 EPS of $1.57-$1.65, versus prior guidance of $1.54-$1.62 and the consensus of $1.60. Premier, Inc. sees FY2016 revenue of $1.154-1.185 billion, versus prior guidance of $1.144-1.175 billion and the consensus of $1.16 billion.
