Lionsgate (LGF) Said to Restart Talks on Possible Starz (STRZA) Acquisition - Bloomberg

Lionsgate (Nasdaq: LGF) has restarted talks to acquire Starz (Nasdaq: STRZA), according to Bloomberg sources. Discussions are said to be at an early stage.

Lionsgate's board will meet Tuesday to discuss proposals on how to move forward, the report said.
