Oshkosh Corp. (NYSE: OSK) reported Q4 EPS of $0.67, $0.11 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.78. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.58 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.55 billion.

Oshkosh Corp. sees FY2015 EPS of $3.00-$3.40, versus the consensus of $3.12.
