Apple (AAPL) Said to Hire Artificial Intelligence Exective from NVIDIA (NVDA)

Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) is said to have tapped a notable executive from NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) as it pushes forward with artificial intelligence.
Re/code said that Jonathan Cohen joined Apple after being the director of deep learning at NVIDIA.
NVIDIA has been working on deep learning, which is a unit of artificial intelligence which allows for processing of large amounts of visual data, for use in cars.
News comes amid continued speculation that Apple is planning to enter the auto industry.
Shares of Apple are indicated lower Monday.
