Crown Castle (NYSE: CCI) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.885 per share, or $3.54 annualized. This is a 7.9% increase from the prior dividend of $0.82.

The dividend will be payable on December 31, 2015, to stockholders of record on December 18, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of December 16, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 4.3 percent.
