CVS Health (CVS ) Misses Q2 EPS by 1c; Guides Q3 EPS Below Views

CVS Health (NYSE: CVS ) reported Q2 EPS of $1.19, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.20. Revenue for the quarter came in at $37.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $37.18 billion.

Adjusted EPS increased 7.7% to $1.22, excluding the 3 cents of acquisition-related transaction and financing costs

CVS Health sees FY2015 EPS of $5.11-$5.18, versus the consensus of $5.16.

CVS Health sees Q3 2015 EPS of $1.27-$1.30, versus the consensus of $1.37.
