UPDATE - Ruling in the decision was 6-3 and was the second favorable outcome for Obamacare in three years.

Justices Roberts and Kennedy were said to join in the majority vote today.

Obamacare subsidies help to stabilize state insurance industries, while also providing millions of Americans with federal tax cuts to make policies more affordable.
