Applied DNA Sciences (APDN) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c

Applied DNA Sciences (NASDAQ: APDN) reported Q2 EPS of ($0.11), $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of ($0.14). Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $1.3 million.

Excluding non-cash expenses, Adjusted EBITDA for the three months ended March 31, 2015 would have been a negative $1.2 million compared to a negative Adjusted EBITDA of $2.6 million for the same quarter last year and a negative Adjusted EBITDA of $1.7 million for our prior fiscal quarter.
