Occidental Petroleum (NYSE: OXY) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share, or $3 annualized. This is a 4.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.72.

The dividend will be payable on July 15, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 10, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 8, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 3.8 percent.
