Boston Properties (NYSE: BXP) reported Q1 EPS of $1.30, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.25. Revenue for the quarter came in at $618.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $595.6 million.

Boston Properties sees FY2015 EPS of $5.35-$5.45, versus the consensus of $5.38.
