Exponent, Inc. (EXPO) Declares $0.30 Quarterly Dividend; 1.3% Yield

Exponent, Inc. (NASDAQ: EXPO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 26, 2015, to stockholders of record on June 12, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of June 10, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.3 percent.

NOTE: . If the proposed stock split and the change in authorized shares are approved by stockholders the cash dividend will be $0.15 per share. If the proposed stock split, the change in authorized shares, or both are not approved by stockholders, the cash dividend will be $0.30 per share.
