Travelzoo Inc. (TZOO) Tops Q1 EPS by 5c, Sales Beat

Travelzoo Inc. (NASDAQ: TZOO) reported Q1 EPS of $0.13, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $0.08. Revenue for the quarter came in at $36.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $34.77 million.

"In spite of the strong dollar we achieved a sequential 16% increase in revenue over the previous quarter," said Chris Loughlin, chief executive officer. "Travelzoo added more new members than in any other quarter over the past three years.
