Childrens Place (NASDAQ: PLCE) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, or $0.6 annualized. This is a 13.2% increase from the prior dividend of $0.1325.

The dividend will be payable on April 30, 2015, to stockholders of record on April 9, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of April 7, 2015.
