Magna Int'l (MGA) Raises Quarterly Dividend 15.8% to $0.44; 1.7% Yield

Magna Int'l (NYSE: MGA) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share, or $1.76 annualized. This is a 15.8% increase from the prior dividend of $0.38.

The dividend will be payable on March 27, 2015, to stockholders of record on March 13, 2015, with an ex-dividend date of March 11, 2015.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.7 percent.
