ObsEva SA (NASDAQ: OBSV) 74% LOWER; plans to initiate a corporate restructuring and refocus the Companys development and commercialization strategy. ObsEva believes the changes are necessary due to the commercial landscape and potential additional capital needed to fund the completion of the linzagolix clinical development program, as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has notified the Company of review issues regarding deficiencies in the New Drug Application (NDA) for linzagolix for uterine fibroids.

Sherwin-Williams (NYSE: SHW) 12% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.41, $0.36 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.77. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $6.03 billion. Sherwin-Williams sees FY2022 EPS of $8.50-$8.80, versus the consensus of $9.38.

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $9.30, $0.26 better than the analyst estimate of $9.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.2 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.25 billion. Comparable restaurant sales increased 10.1%.

Enphase Energy (NASDAQ: ENPH) 8% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.07, $0.22 better than the analyst estimate of $0.85. Revenue for the quarter came in at $530.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $507.49 million. Enphase Energy sees Q3 2022 revenue of $590-630 million, versus the consensus of $548.8 million.

Carvana (NYSE: CVNA) 7% HIGHER; Raymond James upgraded from Underperform to Market Perform.

PayPal (NASDAQ: PYPL) 7% HIGHER; the Wall Street Journal reported activist investor Elliott Management has a stake in the fintech business.

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.29, $0.24 better than the analyst estimate of $1.05. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.09 billion. Hilton sees FY2022 EPS of $1.16-$1.24, versus the consensus of $1.16. Hilton sees FY2022 EPS of $4.21-$4.46, versus the consensus of $4.09.

Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX) 5% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.44, $0.02 better than the analyst estimate of $0.42. Revenue for the quarter came in at $3.24 billion versus the consensus estimate of $3.21 billion. Boston Scientific sees FY2022 EPS of $1.74-$1.77, versus the consensus of $1.76.

Alphabet (NASDAQ: GOOGL) 4% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $1.21, $0.07 worse than the analyst estimate of $1.28. Revenue for the quarter came in at $69.69 billion versus the consensus estimate of $70.04 billion.

Texas Instruments (NASDAQ: TXN) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $2.45, $0.32 better than the analyst estimate of $2.13. Revenue for the quarter came in at $5.21 billion versus the consensus estimate of $4.65 billion. Texas Instruments sees Q3 2022 EPS of $2.23-$2.51, versus the consensus of $2.26. Texas Instruments sees Q3 2022 revenue of $4.9-5.3 billion, versus the consensus of $4.97 billion.

Boeing (NYSE: BA) 3% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of ($0.37), $0.24 worse than the analyst estimate of ($0.13). Revenue for the quarter came in at $16.7 billion versus the consensus estimate of $17.54 billion. Total backlog of $372 billion; including over 4,200 commercial airplanes

Skechers USA (NYSE: SKX) 2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.58, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.55. Revenue for the quarter came in at $1.87 billion versus the consensus estimate of $1.79 billion. Skechers USA sees FY2022 EPS of $2.60-$2.70, versus the consensus of $2.89. Skechers USA sees FY2022 revenue of $7.2-7.4 billion, versus the consensus of $7.34 billion.

Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT) 1% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $2.23, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $2.29. Revenue for the quarter came in at $51.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $52.43 billion.
