(Reuters) - Tesla shareholders will vote on June 13 to ratify CEO Elon Musk's $56 billion pay package that was voided by a Delaware judge in January. Also coming up is the re-election of directors, including Musk's younger brother, Kimbal. Usually seen posing in a cowboy hat, Kimbal's bio on the Tesla website says he is an entrepreneur, activist and a chef.

BEIJING (Reuters) - Chinese Vice Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu urged the United States to refrain from "smearing" China and to stop imposing "abusive" sanctions on Chinese companies at talks this week in Washington, China's foreign ministry said on Friday.

(Reuters) - Activist investor Carl Icahn has a sizable position in casino operator Caesars Entertainment, Bloomberg News reported on Friday citing sources familiar with the matter.
Shares of the company jumped 15% after the report.
The size of Icahn's stake in the company could not be learned, the report added.
