BEIJING (Reuters) - China will cut interest rates of mortgage loans and down-payment ratios for homebuyers to boost lacklustre property demand, according to three statements released by its central bank on Friday.
China will abolish the floor level of the interest rates for mortgages for the first and second homes at the national level, the central bank said.

STOCKHOLM (Reuters) - Swedish police have detained several people and cordoned off a large area in Stockholm after a patrol heard suspected gunshots, they said on Friday, with the Israeli embassy located in the closed-off area.

(Reuters) -Dutch technology investor Prosus and its South African parent group Naspers on Friday named Fabricio Bloisi as the new chief executive, replacing long-time boss Bob van Dijk who stepped down last September.
Bloisi, currently the CEO at iFood, a food delivery business in Latin America, will assume the role for both the companies on July 1, Prosus said in a statement.
