MOSCOW (Reuters) - At least three people were killed when a section of a multi-storey apartment block partially collapsed due to a Ukrainian missile strike in the Russian city of Belgorod near the border with Ukraine, Russian media reported.

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Heavy rain brought floods and landslides to Indonesia's province of West Sumatra, killing at least 28, with four still missing, authorities said on Sunday.
