(Reuters) - A group of Republican-led U.S. states filed a lawsuit seeking to block the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission from enforcing broad legal protections for transgender workers.

(Reuters) - Comcast is set to launch a streaming bundle combining its Peacock service with Netflix and Apple TV+, as the media and broadband company looks to retain subscribers in the face of stiff competition.

LONDON (Reuters) - Two men appeared in a British court on Tuesday, charged with planning to attack and kill members of the Jewish community and others with automatic weapons in northwest England.
Walid Saadaoui, 36, and Amar Hussein, 50, were charged with the preparation of terrorist acts, Greater Manchester police said. A third man, Walid Saadaoui's younger brother Bilel, 35, was charged with failing to disclose information about an act of terrorism.

(Reuters) - Total U.S. household debt levels increased in the first quarter as already stressed credit card borrowers faced rising challenges, a report from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York said on Tuesday.
The bank report, part of its survey of household debt and credit conditions, showed that overall debt levels rose by $184 billion, or 1.1%, in the first quarter to $17.69 trillion. Overall borrowing levels are... (continue reading...)
(Reuters) - Boeing said on Tuesday it delivered 24 commercial airplanes last month, down by two from the 26 planes it handed over to customers during a weak April for deliveries a year ago, as the U.S. planemaker works to improve production of its 737 MAX.
Boeing also reported 33 cancellations for the month, due largely to Canadian budget carrier Lynx Air's ceasing operations, which accounted for 29 of the planes, Boeing said.
