(Reuters) - Amazon.com's cloud services unit has paused orders of Nvidia's most advanced "superchip" to wait for a more powerful new model, the Financial Times reported on Tuesday.
The new model called Blackwell, the chip sector heavyweight's new flagship AI processor, is expected to ship later this year, Nvidia said in March.

(Reuters) - Slovakia's parliament returned to work on Tuesday after adjourning in the wake of an assassination attempt on Prime Minister Robert Fico, with the government coalition signalling its contested policy agenda remained on track.
Fico is recovering and no longer in immediate danger after being hit by four bullets last week, in the first major assassination attempt on a European political leader for more than 20 years.

VATICAN CITY (Reuters) - The Vatican would like to establish a permanent office in China in what would be a major upgrade of diplomatic relations with Beijing, Cardinal Secretary of State Pietro Parolin said on Tuesday.
Relations between the Vatican and communist China have historically been fraught, but Pope Francis has made it a priority to normalise them, building on a landmark 2018 pact on appointing bishops.

With around three hours left on the journey from London to Singapore, Malaysian student Dzafran Azmir got the uneasy feeling the Boeing 777-300R plane was tilting upwards and beginning to shake.

The Japanese automaker has adjusted its development schedule on some battery-powered sedans and asked suppliers to stop development activity related to those projects until further notice, the report said.
