Israel vows to broaden Rafah sweep amid heavy fighting in parts of Gaza May 20, 2024 07:22AM

CAIRO/JERUSALEM (Reuters) - Israel made a new push in central Gaza on Monday, bombarded towns in the north of the Strip and said it intended to broaden its military operation in Rafah despite U.S. warnings of the risk of mass casualties in the southern city.

US FDA clears Neuralink's brain chip implant in second patient, WSJ reports May 20, 2024 07:14AM

(Reuters) - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has allowed billionaire Elon Musk's Neuralink to implant its brain chip in a second person after the company disclosed earlier this month that tiny wires inside the brain of its first patient had pulled out of position, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.

ICC prosecutor asks for arrest warrants for three leading Hammas leaders May 20, 2024 07:12AM

AMSTERDAM (Reuters) - The office of the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on Monday said it was seeking arrest warrants against three leading Hamas militants for their alleged roles in the Oct. 7 attacks in Israel, for war crimes and crimes against humanity.

(Reuters) - Target will be lowering prices on at least 5,000 frequently shopped products across its assortment ranging from milk to diapers, the big-box retailer said on Monday, as it looks to attract budget-stretched customers.
