Amtech Systems reports Q4 revenue of $19.8 million, exceeds guidance

Amtech Systems Inc. (NASDAQ: ASYS) reported preliminary fiscal 2025 fourth quarter net revenue of $19.8 million, exceeding the top end of its guidance range of $17 to $19 million.

The semiconductor equipment manufacturer posted adjusted EBITDA of $2.6 million for the quarter, representing 13% of revenue and above its mid-single digit guidance. Cash balance reached $17.9 million, an increase of $2.3 million from the prior quarter.

For the full fiscal year ended September 30, 2025, Amtech reported preliminary net revenue of $79.4 million and adjusted EBITDA of $5.4 million. The company's cash position increased by $6.8 million compared to the prior year.

"We are pleased with our performance in the fourth quarter and the continued strength in demand for the equipment we produce for AI applications," said Bob Daigle, Chief Executive Officer.

The company manufactures equipment and consumables for AI semiconductor device packaging and advanced substrate fabrication. Its products include advanced packaging and electronics assembly equipment for applications such as AI GPUs and automotive electronics.

Amtech noted that the preliminary results are unaudited and subject to change as the company completes its year-end close and review procedures. Final audited results could differ from these preliminary figures.

The company will report complete financial results after market close on December 10, 2025, followed by a conference call at 5:00 pm ET the same day.
