NxStage Medical (Nasdaq: NXTM) 57% HIGHER; Announced a multi-year, national agreement with certain market rights with DaVita (NYSE: DVA), under which and the companies will collaborate on expanding availability of home hemodialysis to patients across the continental United States. DaVita has purchased $20 million in NxStage stock at a price of $10 per share, representing an ownership position of approximately 7%.

SpectraLink Corp. (Nasdaq: SLNK) 31% HIGHER; Polycom, Inc. (Nasdaq: PLCM) and SpectraLink Corp. signed a definitive agreement under which Polycom will acquire SpectraLink. Under the terms of the agreement, Polycom will commence a cash tender offer to purchase all of the outstanding shares of SpectraLink for $11.75 per share.

TeleTech (Nasdaq: TTEC) 21.75% HIGHER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.25 per share, ex-items, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $336.7 million versus the consensus of $331.4 million. Sees FY07 revenue growth of 15%. Sees FY08 revenue growth of 12%-15%.

XenoPort (Nasdaq: XNPT) 15.3% HIGHER; GlaxoSmithKline (NYSE: GSK) and XenoPort announced an exclusive agreement to co-develop and commercialize XP13512, a unique prodrug of gabapentin that improves its bioavailability, in the US and other countries worldwide, excluding certain Asian countries. XP13512 is currently in Phase III development for Restless Legs Syndrome and in Phase II development for neuropathic pain. Prior clinical trial results have been encouraging.

Isilon Systems (Nasdaq: ISLN) 15.5% LOWER; Revenue for the fourth quarter was $20.7 million. Non-GAAP net loss was $0.06, versus the consensus of $0.06. For the full year 2007, the company expects total revenue to be in the range of $115 million to $125 million. Isilon expects total revenue for the first quarter of 2007 to be in the range of $21.0 million to $23.0 million.

Pacer International (Nasdaq: PACR) 13% LOWER; Reports Q4 earnings of $0.57 per share, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues came in at $502 million versus the consensus of $534.1 million.

Gymboree (Nasdaq: GYMB) 12.25% LOWER; Say January Comp Sales flat, Sees Q4 EPS between $0.70-0.72 vs. consensus of $0.76. Sees FY EPS between $1.97-$1.99 vs. consensus of $2.07.

Central Garden & Pet (Nasdaq: CENT) 12.3% LOWER; Reports Q1 loss of $0.12 per share, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues came in at $317 million versus the consensus of $322.6 million. Sees FY07 EPS of $2.50-$2.65 versus the consensus of $2.91. Sees FY07 revenues of $1.72-$1.75 billion versus the consensus of $1.76 billion.

Monaco Coach Corporation (NYSE: MNC) 10.6% HIGHER; Reports a Q4 loss of $0.02, 9 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $299.2 million vs. $299.55 million consensus. Provided there are no material changes in the marketplace, the Company expect revenues in the range of $1.37 billion to $1.45 billion in 2007 vs. consensus of $1.34 billion.

Carlisle Companies (NYSE: CSL) 10.4% HIGHER; Reported Q4 income from continuing operations of $1.27 vs. consensus of $1.10. Revenues from continuing operations were $611.5 million vs. consensus of $594.23 million.

Lennox International Inc. (NYSE: LII) 8.25% HIGHER; Reports Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.46, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $862 million vs. $892.75 million consensus. "Lennox International has established a positive earnings trend and we have opportunities in each of our businesses that will allow us to continue to grow and build shareholder value in 2007," said Schjerven. "We expect a 6% to 8% increase in LII's total revenue and an improvement of 50 basis points or more in the company's segment profit margin, resulting in 2007 earnings per share in the range of $2.50 to $2.60."
