Mobility Electronics, Inc. (NASDAQ: MOBE) 29% LOWER; said it expects total revenue for the third quarter to range between $24.1 and $24.3 million, versus the consensus of $26.86 million.

NMS Communications Corp. (Nasdaq: NMSS) 17.8% LOWER; expects third quarter revenue to be between $20.0 and $21.0 million. Non-GAAP net loss per share, before stock-based compensation and amortization of acquired intangible assets, is expected to be between $(0.11) and $(0.13). GAAP net loss per share is expected to be between $(0.15) and $(0.17). This compares to previously issued company guidance of total revenue between $23 and $24 million, non-GAAP loss per share between $(0.07) and $(0.08) and GAAP loss per share of $(0.11) to $(0.12).

Interactive Intelligence Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ) 15% HIGHER; announced preliminary record financial results for the third quarter of 2006. The Company expects total revenues for the third quarter of 2006 to be between $21.0 and $22.0 million, an increase over revenue of $15.2 million in the third quarter of 2005. Current consensus is $18.85 million. Interactive Intelligence expects net income for the third quarter to be between $6.3 and $6.7 million, or earnings per diluted share of between $0.34 and $0.36. Current consensus is $0.03. (The company is recording a tax credit of $5M)

webMethods Inc. (Nasdaq: WEBM) 11.8% LOWER; report total revenue for the second quarter in the range of $48.5 million to $50.0 million. License revenue is expected in the range of $15.5 million to $16.5 million. The company sees GAAP net loss of $0.08 to $0.06 per share, which include expenses of approximately $700,000 for amortization of acquired intangibles, $3.0 million related to stock-based compensation and $400,000 of income tax expense. The consensus is $54.5 million and EPS of $0.08.

Global Signal Inc. (NYSE: GSL) 9% HIGHER; Crown Castle International Corp. (NYSE: CCI) and Global Signal Inc. entered into a definitive agreement for Crown Castle to acquire Global Signal in a stock and cash transaction valued at approximately $5.8 billion, including debt

Guitar Center Inc. (Nasdaq: GTRC) 9% LOWER; Consolidated net sales are expected to be approximately $473 million. Net income is expected to be in the range of $0.36 to $0.38 per diluted share. The Company's previous guidance had anticipated that consolidated sales would be in the range of $489 million to $501 million and $0.40 and $0.46 per diluted share.

Sovereign Bancorp Inc. (SOV) 8% HIGHER; WSJ reports board could oust CEO

Micron Technology Inc. (NYSE: MU) 8% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.08, versus the consensus of $0.14 (may not be comparable). Revenues came in at $1.37 billion versus the consensus of $1.41 billion.

ScanSource, Inc. (NASDAQ: SCSC) 5.7% HIGHER; said sales results for its quarter ended September 30, 2006 are expected to be in a range of $487 to $495 million, versus the consensus of $474.7 million.

Art Technology Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARTG) 5% LOWER; anticipates total revenues of approximately $21.3 million for the third quarter. The consensus is $25 million. ATG expects a GAP net loss of $0.01 per share. The consensus is EPS of $0.03.

Solectron Corp. (NYSE: SLR) 5% LOWER; reports Q4 (non-GAAP) EPS of $0.06, 1 cent better than estimates. Revenues were $2.90 billion vs. $2.71 billion consensus. Fiscal first quarter guidance is for sales of $2.60 billion to $2.80 billion, and for non-GAAP EPS from continuing operations in a range of 4 cents to 6 cents, on a fully diluted basis. Current revenue consensus is $2.79 billion and EPS consensus is $0.06.

El Paso Corp (NYSE: EP) 3% HIGHER; Citigroup Upgrades El Paso Corp (EP) to Buy

Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (NYSE: CY) 3.4% HIGHER; said they have expanded the scope of our review to include a variety of strategic alternatives involving the Company as well as its investment in SunPower (Nasdaq: SPWR). The company said there can be no assurances we will continue with our review or conclude any transaction.

Murphy Oil Corporation (NYSE: MUR) 2.6% HIGHER; expects income for the third quarter of 2006 to be between $0.95 and $1.05 per diluted share. The consensus is $0.74.

AGCO Corp. (NYSE: AG) INDICATED LOWER; has reduced its outlook for 2006 net sales and adjusted earnings per share. The Company now expects sales to decline 2 to 3 percent versus 2005 and for 2006 adjusted earnings per share to be approximately $1.00. Current consensusis $1.45.
