Versant Corporation (Nasdaq: VSNT) 26% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.28 compared to a loss of $4.04 for the same period last year. Revenues were $3.8 million compared to $3.5 million for the same period last year.

Orthologic Corp. (Nasdaq: OLGC) 16% LOWER; said treatment with Chrysalin did not demonstrate benefit compared to placebo in the primary efficacy endpoint of time to removal of immobilization.

MICROS Systems (Nasdaq: MCRS) 13.4% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.58, 7 cents better than estimates.(0.51) Revenues were $191.8 million vs. $184.58 million consensus. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.38-0.41 vs. $0.40. Sees FY07 EPS between $2.10-2.14 vs. $1.99 consensus.

Adeza Biomedical Corp. (Nasdaq: ADZA) 13% HIGHER; FDA panel backs Adeza drug to prevent premature births

Dycom Industries (NYSE: DY) 7.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.25, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.21) Revenues were $259.9 million vs. $264.01 million consensus. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.22-0.27 vs. $0.23 consensus. Sees Q1 revenues between $250-270 million vs. $279.3 million consensus.

Sigma Designs (Nasdaq: SIGM) 7% HIGHER; reports Q2 revenues of $20.1 million vs. $17.85 million consensus. Company delays reporting earnings per share, citing stock option review.

Sycamore Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: SCMR) 5.2% LOWER; reports preliminary Q4 revenues of $16.3 million, versus the consensus of $20.63 million. Complete financial results delayed pending conclusion of further investigation into stock option grants.

Travelzoo Inc. (Nasdaq: TZOO) 5.9% LOWER; Stifel Nicolaus downgrades Travelzoo (Nasdaq: TZOO) from Hold to Sell. The firm cites competition, valuation, float and trading activity.

ADC Telecom (Nasdaq: ADCT) 4.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.30, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.26) Revenues were $344 million vs. $339.59 million consensus. Sees FY EPS between $0.88-0.93 vs. consensus of $0.90. Sees FY revenues between $1.27-1.285 billion vs. $1.32 billion consensus.

Costco Wholesale Corporation (NASDAQ: COST) 4.3% HIGHER; announced a revision of its outlook for fiscal 2006 fourth quarter. Currently, earnings per share for the fourth quarter are expected to be $.68-$.71; and for the fiscal year $2.23-$2.26 per share. These estimates include a one-time income tax charge of approximately $.03 per share. On May 31st, during its third quarter earnings conference call, the Company stated that the then First Call consensus earnings per share estimates for the fourth quarter and fiscal year of $.77 and $2.33, respectively, were "at the high end of Company expectations."

Novell Inc. (Nasdaq: NOVL) 2.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of adjusted $0.05, 2 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $241 million vs. $242.26 million consensus. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.04 vs. $0.05 consensus. Sees Q4 revenues between $246-256 million vs. $258.2 million consensus.

priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 2% LOWER; Stifel Nicolaus downgrades from Buy to Hold based solely on valuation. Adjusts fair value estimate to $35 from $33.

Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) 1.7% LOWER; Prudential downgrades from Neutral to Underweight, citing valuation.

CIGNA Corp. (NYSE: CI) 1.6% HIGHER; AG Edwards upgrades to Buy
