(NYSE: QXM) 15% HIGHER; Revenues in the first quarter of 2007 increased to RMB718.2 million (US$93.0 million) representing a 44.1% increase from the corresponding period in 2006. Net income in the first quarter of 2007 increased to RMB105.1 million (US$13.6 million), representing a 117.0% increase from the corresponding period of 2006 and a 175.5% increase from the previous quarter.

Agile Software Corporation (Nasdaq: AGIL) 13% HIGHER; Oracle (Nasdaq: ORCL) has agreed to acquire Agile Software through a cash merger for $8.10 per share, or approximately $495 million.

GoAmerica, Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAM) 10% LOWER; reports a Q1 loss of $0.35 compared to a loss of $0.46 for the same period last year. Total revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2007 increased to approximately $4.3 million, compared to total revenue in the previous quarter of approximately $4.2 million; and an increase of 163% compared to total revenue of approximately $1.6 million in the first quarter of 2006.

Bausch & Lomb (NYSE: BOL) 9.76% HIGHER; agrees to be acquired for $65 per share by Warburg Pincus

Empire Resources Inc. (AMEX: ERS) 9% HIGHER; announced a 40% increase in revenues from $99,569,000 in the first quarter of 2006 to $139,841,000 for the first quarter of 2007. The Company announced net income of $2,411,000 for the first quarter of 2007, compared to net income of $2,420,000 for the first quarter of 2006. Earnings per share on a fully diluted basis remained constant at $0.24 per share.

AECOM (NYSE: ACM) 7% HIGHER; Cramer positive on recent IPO

Compuware (Nasdaq: CPWR) 6.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.21, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.17) Revenues were $313 million vs. $313 million consensus.

Jack In The Box (NYSE: JBX) 5.6% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.80 per share, 10 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $660.7 million versus the consensus of $661.2 million. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.85-$0.89 versus the consensus $0.82. Sees FY07 EPS of $3.45-$3.50 versus the consensus of $3.32.

Quanex Corp. (NYSE: NX) 4.8% HIGHER; announced that its Board of Directors has initiated a review of strategic alternatives with respect to its Building Products group

Force Protection, Inc. (Nasdaq: FRPT) 4% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.04 vs. consensus of $0.13. Revenues were $100.2 million vs. $112.68 million consensus.

Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT) 4% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.29, $0.34 Non-GAAP) 1 cent better than estimates.(0.28) Revenues were $2.53 billion vs. consensus of $2.35 billion. Sees Q3 EPS of $0.30-$0.32. Sees Q3 sales plus or minus 2%.

Evergreen Solar Inc. (Nasdaq: ESLR) 3.7% LOWER; to offer up to 15,000,000 shares of its common stock

Brocade Communications (Nasdaq: BRCD) 3.4% HIGHER; JP Morgan upgrades to Overweight, adds to Focus List

Deere (NYSE: DE) 1.9% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $2.72 per share, well above the consensus of $2.41. Revenues came in at $6.882 billion versus the consensus of $6.46 billion.

Citigroup Inc. (NYSE: C) 1.7% HIGHER; Eddie Lampert's RBS Partners disclosed a 15,244,168 share stake in Citigroup in its latest 13F.

FirstService Corporation (NASDAQ: FSRV) INDICATED HIGHER; reports Q4 adjusted EPS of $0.18 vs. consensus of $0.11. Revenues were $320.7 million vs. $290.49 million consensus. FSRV now sees FY EPS betwen $1.48-1.60 vs. prior guidance of $1.40-1.50. (Consensus is $1.50). FSRV now sees FY revenues between $1.525-1.625 billion vs. prior guidance of $1.450-1.550 billion. (Consensus is $1.51 billion)
