Baidu.com (Nasdaq: BIDU) 27% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.16, 4 cents better than estimates.(0.12) Revenues were $16.9 million vs. $15.14 million consensus. Sees Q2 revenues between $23-24 million vs. $17.6 million.

SFBC International Inc. (Nasdaq: SFCC) 26% LOWER; reported Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.13, well below the consensus of $0.33. Revenues came in at $80.1 million versus the consensus of $79.94. The company sees FY EPS of $0.73-$0.85, including stock option expense, versus the consensus of $1.38 and FY revenues of $308-$324 million versus the consensus of $338.4 million.

Bodisen Biotech, Inc., (AMEX: BBC) 16.7% HIGHER; Reports Record First Quarter Earnings. Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth of 124%, Net Income Up 200%

Charles River Laboratories International Inc. (NYSE: CRL) 14% LOWER; reported a Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $0.50, versus the consensus of $0.57. Sales were $283.8 million versus the consensus of $293.14 million. On a GAAP basis the company lost $1.40 per share, which included a goodwill impairment charge of $129.2 million, or $1.81 per share.

CalAmp Corp. (Nasdaq: CAMP) 13.5% LOWER; reports Q4 results

Asyst (Nasdaq: ASYT) 13% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.10, 1 cent worse than estimates.(0.11) Revenues were $110.7 million vs. $116.24 million consensus. Sees Q1 EPS between $0.08-0.10 vs. $0.14 consensus. COO has resigned.

Nuance Communications (Nasdaq: NUAN) 12.9% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.06, in-line with estimates.(0.06) Revenues were $71.7 million vs. $74.98 million consensus.

NCI Building Systems, Inc. (NYSE: NCS) 4.5% HIGHER; announced that it has increased its guidance for fiscal 2006 as a result of its previously announced acquisition of Robertson-Ceco Corporation (RCC). The new guidance for earnings per diluted share for fiscal 2006 is in a range of $3.50 to $3.60, up from the previous range of $3.02 to $3.27. Current consenus is $3.33.

Leap Wireless (Nasdaq: LEAP) 3.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.29, 23 cents better than estimates.(0.06) Revenues were $266.7 million vs. $246.27 million consensus.

H&R Block Inc. (NYSE: HRB) 3.4% LOWER; notes that it expects full-year earnings per share to come in slightly below the $1.65 low end of its previously communicated range, in part due to weaker than expected results from mortgage services. Current consensus is $1.70.

Mylan Laboratories Inc. (MYL) 2.7% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.27, 3 cents better than estimates.(0.24) Revenues were $315 million vs. $314.2 million consensus. Sees FY07 between $1.20-1.40 vs. $1.21 consensus.
