(Nasdaq: DOVP) 45% LOWER; announced today high-level results recently developed from the first Phase III placebo-controlled clinical trial -- study 020 -- of its novel analgesic bicifadine in patients with chronic low back pain (CLBP). Bicifadine did not achieve a statistically significant effect relative to placebo on the primary endpoint of the study at any of the doses tested: 200 mg, 300 mg or 400 mg b.i.d.

GoAmerica Inc. (Nasdaq: GOAM) 41% HIGHER; announced today that its i711.com(TM) service has been chosen as the exclusive IP-based relay service for Nordia's California Relay Services (CRS) contract.

Discovery Laboratories Inc. (Nasdaq: DSCO) 39% LOWER; announced that analysis of ongoing stability data from Surfaxin process validation batches indicates that certain stability parameters have not been achieved and, therefore, additional process validation batches will likely have to be produced.

Serologicals Corp. (Nasdaq: SERO) 33.6% HIGHER; Millipore Corporation (NYSE: MIL) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Serologicals Corporation (NASDAQ: SERO) for $31.55 per share in an all cash transaction.

Nutrisystem (Nasdaq: NTRI) 31% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.63 (ex-items), 23 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $146.8 million vs. $125.13 million consensus.

Zoran Corp. (Nasdaq: ZRAN) 19% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.26, ex-items, versus the consensus of $0.12. Revenues came in at $112.1 million versus the consensus of $104.3 million. Sees Q2 EPS of $0.26-$0.29 versus the consensus of $0.18

CNET Networks Inc. (Nasdaq: CNET) 12% LOWER; reports Q1 results and gives guidance

LCA-Vision Inc. (Nasdaq: LCAV) 11% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $0.61 per share, 11 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $73.4 million versus the consensus of $67.5 million. Sees FY06 EPS of $1.75-$1.85 versus the consensus of $1.74 consensus.

Stamps.com Inc. (Nasdaq: STMP) 10.9% LOWER; Q1 results and guidance

JDA Software Group Inc. (Nasdaq: JDAS) 10.6% LOWER; reported weaker-than-expected results. Signed a definitive agreement to acquire all of the outstanding equity of Manugistics (Nasdaq: MANU), a leading global provider of synchronized supply chain and revenue management solutions for approximately $211 million in cash, or $2.50 per share.

Atheros Communications Inc. (Nasdaq: ATHR) 10% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.14, 3 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $61.1 million vs. $58.43 million consensus.

Ballard Power Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: BLDP) 8.3% LOWER; Citigroup downgrade after recent run

Lexmark International Inc. (NYSE: LXK) 7.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $1.03 per share, 34 cents better than estimates.

YRC Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: YRCW) 7% HIGHER; Tops Q1 Views; and guides above current consensus

Sepracor Inc. (Nasdaq: SEPR) 7% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.18, 11 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $285.7 million vs. $300.04 million consensus.

Mindspeed Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: MSPD) 6.85% LOWER; reports a Q2 loss of $0.04, 1 cent worse than estimates. Revenues were $34.6 million vs. $34.57 million consensus.

Building Materials (Nasdaq: BMHC) 6.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.95, 9 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $885 million vs. $716.8 million consensus.

Netflix (Nasdaq: NFLX) 6.4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.10 (ex-items), 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $224.1 million vs. $221.28 million consensus.

OM Group Inc. (NYSE: OMG) 5.6% HIGHER; now expects diluted earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31, 2006 to be approximately $0.62, up significantly from its previous projected earnings of $0.25 to $0.30 per diluted share

Biosite Incorporated (Nasdaq: BSTE) 5.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.92 vs. consensus of $0.55.(may not be comparable) Revenues were $79.3 million vs. $78.71 million consensus. Sees FY06 EPS of $3.34 vs. previous guidance of $3.12.

eDiets.com (Nasdaq: DIET) 5% HIGHER; blow-out results from NutriSystem

CA, Inc. (NYSE: CA) 5% LOWER; sees Q4 revenue of 940 million and $950 million, compared to the Company's previous guidance of $975 million to $1 billion and the Wall Street consensus of $989 million. Fully diluted non-GAAP operating earnings per share for the quarter in the range of $0.14 to $0.16 compared to previous guidance of $0.23 to $0.24 and the Wall Street consensus of $0.24.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME) 4.8% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $2.61, 2 cents worse than estimates. Revenues were $263.38 million vs. $263.32 million consensus.

Sun Microsystems (Nasdaq: SUNW) 4.6% announced that its board of directors has appointed Jonathan Schwartz as the Company's chief executive officer. Schwartz, 40, succeeds Scott McNealy, 51, who will continue serving as chairman of the board

Radyne Corp. (Nasdaq: RADN) 4% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.13, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $31.2 million vs. $26.08 million consensus.

AK Steel Holding Corp. (NYSE: AKS) 3.2% LOWER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.06 versus the consensus of $0.22 (may not be comparable). Revenues came in at $1.44 billion versus the consensus of $1.39 billion.

Imclone Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: IMCL) 2.8% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.43 versus the consensus of $0.83. Revenues came in at $245.1 million versus the consensus of $215.4 million.

Paccar Inc. (PCAR) 2.2% HIGHER; reports Q1 earnings of $2.02 per share, 20 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $3.64 billion versus the consensus of $3.48 billion.

United States Steel Corp. (NYSE: X) 2% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $2.08, versus the consensus of $1.48. Revenues came in at $3.73 billion versus the consensus of $3.65 billion.

Whirlpool Corp. (NYSE: WHR) 1.7% HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $1.70, 20 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $3.38 billion vs. $3.34 billion consensus.

CON-WAY INC (NYSE: CNW) INDICATED HIGHER; reports Q1 EPS of $0.83, 7 cents better than estiamtes. Revenues came in at $1.06 billion versus the consensus of $1.05 billion. Sees Q2 EPS of $1.20-$1.28 versus the consensus of $1.19.
