Accordingly, the Company employee base will be reduced from over 7,000 to approximately 750. The Company currently is maintaining its thrift and servicing businesses.

Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. (NASDAQ: LEND) 26% HIGHER; Said No Going Concern Qualification from auditor, Proceeding To Work Toward Closing Merger

Jones Soda (Nasdaq: JSDA) 21% LOWER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.00 per share, 4 cents worse than estimates. ($0.04) Revenues came in at $13 million versus the consensus of $14.7 million.

TETRA Technologies (NYSE: TTI) 19% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.30 vs. consensus of $0.52. Revenues were $258.13 million vs. $296.88 million consensus. (Q2 includes the negative impact of $0.05 per share from a dispute with an insurer regarding insurance claims related to the 2005 hurricanes) Due to the reduced profit level experienced in the second quarter, the company is modifying full year 2007 earnings guidance to a range of $1.30 - $1.50 per share. (Consensus is $1.92)

Bigband Networks (NASDAQ: BBND) 19% LOWER; reported Q2 earnings of $0.07 per share, in-line with estimates. ($0.07) Revenues came in at $54.5 million versus the consensus of $55.2 million. Sees 2007 EPS of $0.28-$0.33, versus the consensus of $0.34. Sees 2007 revs of $225-$230 million, versus the consensus of $232.2 million.

Network Appliance, Inc. (NASDAQ: NTAP) 19% LOWER; sees Q1 revenues in the range of $684 to $688 million, versus prior guidance of $745 to $753 million. Non-GAAP net income per share is expected to be in the range of $0.19 to $0.20, versus prior view of $0.24 to $0.25.

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO) 17% LOWER; revised revenue and earnings guidance for fiscal 2007, to reflect the movement of the launch of Grand Theft Auto IV for the PLAYSTATION3 computer entertainment system and the Xbox 360(TM) video game and entertainment system from the fourth quarter of fiscal 2007 to fiscal 2008, due to additional development time required to complete the title. For the fiscal year ending October 31, 2007, revenue in the range of $950 million to $1.0 billion with a net loss per share in the range of $1.25 to $1.35, excluding items. The consensus is $1.23 billion and (-$0.30), respectively.

INVESTools, Inc. (Nasdaq: SWIM) 16% HIGHER; Reports Q2 EPS of $0.05. Q2 revenues of $77.6 million, versus the consensus of $77.7 million. Sees continued EPS growth in 2nd half.

MetroPCS Communications, Inc. (NYSE: PCS) 13.6% LOWER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.17, 4 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $551 million vs. $552.37 million consensus. The Core Markets have continued to grow and ended the quarter with 2.5 million subscribers, an increase in penetration of covered population of 1.6% over the prior year's second quarter.

Top Tankers (Nasdaq: TOPT) 8.5% HIGHER; reports Q2 earnings of $0.15 per share, ex-items, 13 cents better than estimates. Revenues came in at $75.3 million versus the consensus of $64 million.

FTI Consulting (NYSE: FCN) 7% HIGHER; reports Q2 EPS of $0.53, 9 cents better than estimates. Revenues were $239.7 million vs. $222.94 million consensus. Based on the strength of first half results and current market trends, the Company is raising its guidance for revenues and diluted EPS. FCN now sees FY revenues between $944-962 million from prior guidance of $904-929 million. (FY revenue consensus is $922.59 million). Sees FY EPS between $1.92-2.00 vs. consensus of $1.81.

Silicon Image (NASDAQ: SIMG) 6.7% LOWER; reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings of $0.10 per share, 3 cents better than estimates. ($0.07) Revenues came in at $79.8 million versus the consensus of $77.0 million. Revenue for the third quarter is expected to range between $81 million and $87 million. (Consensus is $91.19 million). Revenue for the full fiscal year 2007 is expected to range between $305 million to $315 million; down from the company\'s prior guidance range of $325 million to $345 million. (Consensus is $331.32 million)

Spartan Motors, Inc. (Nasdaq: SPAR) 6% HIGHER; received a $28 million subcontract order from General Dynamics Land Systems to supply and integrate key chassis components in the production of advanced tactical vehicles under the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected, or MRAP, program.

Level 3 Communications Inc. (NASDAQ: LVLT) 2% LOWER; Raymond James starts at Underperform.
