Clearwire Corporation (Nasdaq: CLWR) 28% LOWER; Reports Q3 loss of $2.01 per share. Also, Clearwire and Sprint Nextel continue their discussions regarding how best to collaborate for the deployment of a nationwide mobile WiMAX network. Over the course of the parties’ discussions, Clearwire and Sprint concluded that the joint build transaction originally contemplated by the previously announced letter of intent was likely to introduce a level of additional complexity to each party’s business that would be inconsistent with each company’s focus on simplicity and the customer experience. Consequently, the parties have agreed to terminate their obligations under the letter of intent, although discussions continue regarding the best means to accomplish the benefits that were expected under the letter of intent.
Allscripts (Nasdaq: MDRX) 20% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.11, 4 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.15. Revenues for the quarter were $73.4 million, versus the consensus of $77.60 million. The Company expects FY07 EPS $0.48-$0.49, versus the consensus of $0.58.
JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: JASO) 18% LOWER; Falls after Q3 results and raised guidance.
Priceline.com (Nasdaq: PCLN) 16% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $1.58, 30 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.23. Revenues for the quarter were $417.3 million, versus the consensus of $387.5 million. Priceline expects EPS of $0.77-$0.85, versus the consensus of $0.77.
Jones Soda Co. (Nasdaq: JSDA) 14% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of ($0.06), 8 cents worse than
the analyst estimate of $0.02. Revenues for the quarter were $11.7 million (gross sales were $13 million), versus the consensus of $13.85 million.
Gmarket Inc. (Nasdaq: GMKT) 12.6% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.13, 3 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.16. Revenues for the quarter were $56.9 million, versus the consensus of $60.87 million.
Digital Theater Systems (Nasdaq: DTSI) 12% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.05, 7 cents lower than the analyst estimate of $0.12. Revenues for the quarter were $10.7 million, versus the consensus of $13.44 million. Sees Q4 EPS of $0.45-$0.50, versus the consensus of $0.57. Sees FY08 EPS of $2.00-$2.15 versus the consensus of $2.18.

QUALCOMM Inc. (Nasdaq: QCOM) 7% LOWER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.54, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.53. Revenues for the quarter were $2.13 billion, versus the consensus of $2.26 billion. Qualcomm 2008 earnings guidance $2.03 to $2.09, versus the consensus of $2.18.
NVIDIA Corporation (Nasdaq: NVDA) 7.6% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.44 ex-items, 7 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.37. Revenues for the quarter were $1.12 billion, versus the consensus of $1.01 billion.
MRV Communications (Nasdaq: MRVC) 7.6% LOWER; reported Q3 loss of ($0.08), which may not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.03). Revenues for the quarter were $116 million, versus the consensus of $115.95 million. MRV expects Q4 revenues of $130 million to $136 million, versus the consensus of $125 million and a loss of ($0.01) to ($0.04), versus the consensus of ($0.02).
Perini Corporation (NYSE: PCR) 7.5% HIGHER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.87, 21 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.66. Revenues for the quarter were $1.24 billion, versus the consensus of $1.11 billion. Perini expects FY EPS of $3.30 to $3.45, versus the consensus of $3.09. FY08 EPS are expected to be $3.50 to $3.75, versus the consensus of $3.19.
Barclays plc (NYSE: BCS) 6% LOWER; Rumors of a $10 billion writedown. Company said there is "no substance" to the rumor.
Dolby Laboratories (NYSE: DLB) 6% HIGHER; reported Q4 EPS of $0.39, cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenues for the quarter were $129 million, versus the consensus of $120.57 million. Dolby Laboratories issues guidance for 2008 EPS $1.27-1.37 versus $1.23 and revenues for 2008 $560-$600 million versus consensus $536.6 million.
The Knot (Nasdaq: KNOT) 5.7% LOWER; reported Q3 EPS of $0.09, 1 cent lower than the analyst estimate of $0.10. Revenues for the quarter were $25 million, versus the consensus of $26.30 million.
American Tower Corp. (NYSE: AMT) 5% HIGHER; will replace ALLTEL Corp. (NYSE: AT) in the S&P 500 after the close of trading on a date to be announced.
Baidu.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: BIDU) 4.7% LOWER; Momentum leaders continue to decline
