Cadbury Schweppes (NYSE: CSG) +4.61; Company said, in response to market speculation, it has been informed by Nelson Peltz that he and certain of his affiliates have interests in 62,465,267 Cadbury Schweppes shares, representing 2.98 % of Cadbury Schweppes' issued share capital.

Jo-Ann Stores Inc. (NYSE: JAS) +$3.81; Reports Q4 EPS of $1.05, versus the consensus of $0.98. Revenues came in at $600.8 million versus the consensus of $614.1 million. Sees FY08 EPS of $0.55-$0.65.

j2 Global Communications (NASDAQ: JCOM) +$3.30; Company reports 2006 results; Guides for Q1

WCI Communities (NYSE: WCI) +$3.13; Icahn plans $22 per share offer for WCI.

QUALCOMM (Nasdaq: QCOM) +$1.60; Company has approved a 17% increase in the Company's quarterly cash dividend. The dividend will increase from $0.12 to $0.14 per share of common stock and will be effective for quarterly dividends payable after March 30, 2007. QCOM now sees Q2 revenues between $2.1-2.2 billion vs. prior view of $2.0-2.1 billion. QCOM now sees Q2 EPS between $0.48-0.49 vs. prior view of $0.42-0.44. (Sees diluted EPS between $0.41-0.42 vs. prior view of $0.35-0.37)


DOWNWARD MOVERS:
Google Inc. (Nasdaq: GOOG) -$9.36; Viacom (NYSE: VIA) has filed a billion lawsuit against Google and YouTube for copyright infringement.

Accredited Home Lenders Holding (NASDAQ: LEND) -$7.27; Said it is currently exploring various strategic options, including raising additional capital to enhance liquidity and provide the Company with the flexibility to retain or sell originated loans based on an assessment of the best overall return.

American Oriental (NYSE: AOB) -$2.70; Reports Q4 EPS of $0.17 versus the consensus of $0.16. Revenues came in at $41.3 million versus the consensus of $37.46 million. Sees Q1 EPS of $0.10 versus the consensus of $0.10. Sees Q1 revenues of $24-$25 million. Sees FY revenues of $143-$147 million versus the consensus of $144.7 million.

Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHFL) -$2.09; Announced that on March 9, 2007, the audit committee of the board of directors of the Company, in consultation with management, concluded that our previously issued audited financial statements as of and for the twelve-month period ended October 31, 2006 and the unaudited selected quarterly financial information for the three-months ended October 31, 2006, should be restated because of an error. Jefferies & Co also downgraded SHFL today.

Fieldstone Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: FICC) -$1.27; Stock continues to slide on sub-prime worries. Shares have fallen over 50% since Feb. 27. 2007.
