Gold Resumes Upswing, Other Precious Metals Follow
After trading off the morning highs, Gold is now nearing the highs of the day. Gold for June delivery last traded at $1244.60, up $24.30, after reaching an all-time intra-day high of $1245.90 earlier.
In addition to gold, other precious metals are also higher today. Silver (May) is up $0.363 to $19.635, Palladium (June) is up $14.80 to $547 and Platinum (July) is up $43.20 to $1744. Copper (May) is down $0.018 to $3.176.
The precious metal has been tapping new high on concerns about the debasing of fiat currencies with government's monetizing debt.
