NEW YORK (Reuters) -Meta said on Friday its flagship app Facebook is attracting its highest number of young adults in three years, as it tries to shake the platform's reputation as the bastion of an older generation.

With its latest earnings report, AI darling NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ: NVDA) announced a ten-for-one stock split. The split, which will be distributed at the close on June 7th, will give shareholders ten shares in exchange for each one share they own as of the June 6th record date. The stock will start trading split-adjusted at market open on Monday, June 10th. The split raises the very real possibility that NVIDIA will be added to the Dow Jones Industrial Average... WASHINGTON (Reuters) -Ten percent of Republican registered voters say they are less likely to vote for Donald Trump following his felony conviction for falsifying business records to cover up a hush money payment to a porn star, according to a Reuters/Ipsos poll that closed on Friday.

NEW YORK (Reuters) - It's been a banner year for the major U.S. stock indexes, but one economically sensitive corner of the market sticks out as a sore spot.
The Dow Jones Transportation Average has fallen about 5% so far this year, a significant contrast with the 9% year-to-date rise for the benchmark S&P 500 and the 1% rise in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, which topped 40,000 points for the first time this month.

Shares of the company jumped 15% after the report.
The size of Icahn's stake in the company could not be learned, the report added.
