Markets Dip as FBI Moves to Reopen Clinton Email Probe

Markets have dipped lower this afternoon following news that the FBI is going to reopen its investigation into Hillary Clinton emails.

The S&P 500 is down 0.1 percent, the Dow is about flat, and the Nasdaq is down 0.2 percent.
