Block (SQ) Announces Resignation of Larry Summers from Board

On February 9, 2024, Larry Summers informed Block (NYSE: SQ) that he is resigning as a member of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”), effective immediately, in order to devote more time to his other professional and personal commitments. Mr. Summer’s resignation is not a result of any disagreements with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board thanks Mr. Summers for more than a decade of service and valuable contributions to the Company.
