D. R. Horton (DHI) Misses Q4 EPS by 3c, Sales Beat
November 11, 2014 7:07 AM ESTD. R. Horton (NYSE: DHI) reported Q4 EPS of $0.45, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.48. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.42 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.38 billion.
Net sales orders for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2014 increased 38% to 7,135 homes from 5,160 homes in the year-ago quarter and the value of net sales orders increased 41% to $2.0 billion from $1.4 billion.
