Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (NYSE: FCAU) plans to spin off Ferrari, according to Bloomberg headlines.
UPDATE - The Financial Times noted that about 10 percent of Ferrari will be sold to the public, with the rest distributed to FCA shareholders.
