Provident Financial Services, Inc. Announces Third Quarter Earnings and Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend
October 29, 2014 8:00 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., Oct. 29, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the "Company") reported net income of $19.0 million, or $0.30 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2014, compared to net income of $16.1 million, or $0.28 per basic and diluted share for the three months ended September 30, 2013. For the nine months ended September 30, 2014, the Company reported net income of $52.4 million, or $0.88 per basic and diluted share, compared to net income of $53.1 million, or $0.93 per basic and diluted share for the same period last year.
