Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. Reports Third Quarter Results and Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.07 Per Share
October 24, 2014 2:34 PM EDTCHICOPEE, Mass., Oct. 24, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Chicopee Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") (Nasdaq: CBNK), the holding company for Chicopee Savings Bank (the "Bank"), announced the unaudited results of operations for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2014.
The Company also announced on October 24, 2014, that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share. Stockholders of record on November 7, 2014 will receive the cash dividend on or about November 20, 2014.
The Company reported pre-tax, pre-provision for loan losses income of $1.2 million for the three months ended September 30, 2014, compared to $900,000 for the three months ended September... More
