Monarch Financial Reports Financial Performance and Declares Cash Dividend
October 23, 2014 8:00 AM EDTCHESAPEAKE, Va., Oct. 23, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monarch Financial Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: MNRK), the bank holding company for Monarch Bank, reported third quarter and annual financial performance. The Board of Directors also announced a quarterly common stock cash dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on November 28, 2014, to shareholders of record on November 10, 2014.
